Day to day

Things to do every time you open it

PetPal is built to reward a quick daily check-in as much as a long session. Care for your pet, send it out, then read about who it met.

  • Daily activities. Feed, play, pet, and talk — plus dress-up and the journal.
  • Adventure system. Real-time short, medium, and long trips with per-location loot tables and a generated story line.
  • Friendship. Encounters build friendship levels over time, not just a friend count.
  • Items & currency. Gifts, collectible items, and a currency to spend on your pet.
  • Achievements. Long-term goals that track milestones across everything you do.
  • CRC-checked packets. Every exchanged pet is integrity-checked before it joins your world.
  • Friend dedupe. Pass the same person twice and they're recognised, not duplicated.
  • Gifts & rewards. Encounters can carry gifts and grant XP toward your next evolution.
  • Local or worldwide. StreetPass handles people nearby; NetPass carries encounters across the internet.

The exchange pipeline is the part PetPal cares most about: trade pets safely, fold new friends into your journal, hand out gifts and rewards, and keep friendships growing. Whether the person was sitting next to you or halfway around the planet doesn't change a thing.
